long time no see!
Kali ini aku mau share cara aku mengurangi stress.
I start to have a routine write a journal.
You know what, when your write a journal much positive things you've got.
This positive things you've got when you start journaling:
- Be more creative
- List the memories and stories you will recall
- More discipline
- Reduce your stress and anxiety
- Problem solving
- Make our heart calming
- Self Reflection
and I love used sticker when I write my journal.
This is my recommendation :
I love all the sticker!! too cutee and waterproof.
