[Self-Love] Journaling with Kameihamei, Decrease Your Stress

long time no see!

Kali ini aku mau share cara aku mengurangi stress.
I start to have a routine write a journal.
You know what, when your write a journal much positive things you've got.
This positive things you've got when you start journaling:
- Be more creative
- List the memories and stories you will recall
- More discipline
- Reduce your stress and anxiety
- Problem solving
- Make our heart calming 
- Self Reflection


and I love used sticker when I write my journal.

(MOTIVATION) WONDER WOMAN INSIDE YOU

Hey girls, stop being insecure with your life! I know how you feel when insecurities come. It feels suffering. I've learned much things about insecurity, I'm not confident with my life because I've always compared my life with others. So, I've always pushed myself to be perfect and forget about the achievement I've done before. Sometimes when I do a little mistake it will be a big mistake for me and my confidence will be drop like a roller coaster. 

You know what? I've learned things to always say thank you for little things, with that I can be grateful for my life and increase my insecurities for a little. I want to encourage you to be a strong woman. I'm still learning for that but I know I can. For example, you can be grateful when people can hear about your thought and advice or you can be a multitasking person. I've sacrificed my life to push my limit, after that I've realized how strong am I. I can handle 15 projects at the same time, I can build my own business after working hours, I still have a family and friends who can talk with me, or I alive until now. Every single thing in your life will build you to be better, and you should realize you are strong.

Being insecure means you are not okay, you should know about yourself find your inner strength and be a wonder woman.

(REVIEW) Corine de Farme Micellar Gel Refreshing Indonesia



Hello! Hari ini aku mau review mengenai Corine de Farme Micellar Gel Refreshing. Sebelumnya aku  udah pernah review mengenai micellar water dan aku pakai Corine de Farme yang water. Sekarang aku pakai yang versi gel dan buat aku pribadi aku lebih suka pakai yang gel. Kenapa? Karena ada effect dingin di muka aku saat pakai dan aku merasa lebih bersih. Mungkin karena jenis muka ku sendiri yang oily dan memang lebih cocok dengan pemakaian product gel. 

Sebelum aku membeli ini, aku melihat banyak review yang mengeluh kalau micelar gel ini susah diaplikasi kan di muka karena teksturnya yang berbentuk gel. Lebih banyak juga kapas yang harus dihabiskan karena tidak bisa cuma dalam sekali usap, tapi aku sendiri nemuin cara praktisnya. Jadi aku pertama - tama memijat nya dengan tangan langsung secara perlahan ke muka, kemudian baru diusap dengan kapas. Tentunya muka akan menjadi lebih bersih dan hemat kapas.

Menurut aku sendiri micelar gel dari Corine de Farme ini worth it apalagi sering ada promo apabila kita beli di drugstore seperti Watson, dll. Untuk kalian yang punya kulit oily aku saranin untuk pake yang versi gel, sedangkan buat kalian yang punya kulit dry kalian bisa pakai yang versi water. Aku sendiri sudah rutin pakai ini dan mukaku terasa sangat bersih apabila dibersihkan pakai ini.

A Little Flashback from 2017!

Hello life, thanks for amazing year.

I can't say anything..

2017 year make me decided to take charge of my life, and i know everythings didn't went good as i think but i love every memory I've made. Good, bad even the worse memory.

January
Went to Malang and Surabaya for business trip with Selvie, but I've spent a little time to Batu Secret Zoo, I think this is the famous place in Malang? Unfortunately we went during rainy season. I've tried my first time eat "nasi cumi", "rawon setan" and i love that food.









February

The month full of love, yes. This month is very nice for me. 
I've much memory in this February.

First I've done my presentation for Bunda Hospital


Second, I've runaway with my friends to Pontianak and Singkawang
Venny, Sintia, Ricky, Topher, Hendrix.
Too much culinary in this country.


March

I've got an invitation for watch Galih & Ratna Premiere at Lippo Kemang Village. 
They're so humble 


and I've went to Japan with My CWC!!
We went to Disneysea, Fujiyama, Yoyogi Park, etc.
and I hope I can go back to Japan again soon.
